1. Bookings & Reservations
We love a full house, but we like to keep things personal.
Phone Bookings Only: To ensure we can accommodate your party, we currently only take reservations over the phone. Please call us directly to secure your table.
Punctuality: We hold tables for 15 minutes past your booking time. If you’re running late, give us a shout! If we don’t hear from you, we may have to release the table to other hungry diners.

2. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Your safety is our priority, but Thai cuisine often involves complex ingredients (like shrimp paste, peanuts, and fish sauce).
Important: Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

3. House Rules
We want everyone to enjoy the casual, high-energy atmosphere of Thai street food.
No Smoking: In accordance with UK law and for the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the restaurant.
Conduct: We’re a family-friendly spot. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a way that disrupts the experience for our other guests or staff.

4. Payments & Pricing
Menu Prices: All prices include VAT. While we try to keep things steady, prices and menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability.
